Emmanuel Worship Centers Hosts Grand Opening

On Sabbath, 12/14, Dr. Kinlock joined Drs. Robert and June Kennedy in worship at the Emmanuel Worship Center in Alexandria, VA.  Dr. Kennedy and the church recently completed the renovation of a new ministry and worship facility on the campus.  Dr. Kinlock preached a bold message reminding the congregation to hold together and stay faithful in ministry in preparation for the imminent return of Christ. They will use the new space for worship services and community gatherings.  Emmanuel Worship Center is known throughout the city for their food distribution program that provides food security to many of the residents in the community.  Additionally, they are preparing their space to provide mental health services.  Dr. Kennedy retires at the end of the year, but leaves the congregation with a bold imprint of his visionary leadership and community impact.
