Welcome Daeshawn Gray, New Associate Youth Director

Please welcome the newest addition to the AEC team, Mr. Daeshawn Gray, our Associate Youth Director. 

Daeshawn Gray is the product of two praying parents. He is a graduate of The University of Delaware, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Human Services with a concentration in Human Development and Family Studies. 

With experience as an educator, project transformation specialist, and speaker, he has a passion for youth development. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Daeshawn has a fervor for the Word of God, which he has shared in various arenas. Daeshawn is inspired by the words of Exodus 33:15, "If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here.”

Mr. Gray is poised to bring fresh ideas and energy to our youth department’s ministry. He embodies our commitment to engaging the next generation with clarity, conviction and Christ Centered community. I'm confident he will make a significant impact on the lives of our young people," says Dr. Ramone Griffith, AEC Youth and Children's Ministries Director.
