Tappahannock Church’s Compassion Week Results in Baptisms

The New Hope Church in Tappahannock, VA experienced the outpouring of the Holy Spirit during our Compassion Week.  For six months we prayed, trained and interceded for the residents in Essex County.  With our Compassion Week, we combined Service to the community with Evangelism from July 8-July 13.  Each night the Word was preached by Pastor Keenan Tyler, and after the service, attendees were given a light dinner, and received their gifts (Night 1-Backpacks, Night 2, School Supplies, 3-Diapers/pampers, 4-Groceries, 5- Toiletries, 6- Gift cards). We celebrated on Sabbath with the right hand of fellowship and lunch. 

We praise God for His faithfulness and 14 souls were baptized, 6 Profession of Faith and 5 re-baptisms.  

After the first night, the team (members) had a de-brief of what went well, and what were the challenges, and corrected the error
