PFA Hosts Parent Weekend: Senior Presentation Baptism

On the weekend of March 28th-30th, Pine Forge Academy hosted their annual spring parents weekend. Friday morning was reserved for parent/teacher conferences. On Friday evening, parents enjoyed a presentation from Creative Arts Ministry. Part 1 of the baptism was also held for students who made commitments. They were supported by family and classmates.
On Sabbath, parents were program participants, from leading Sabbath School (Dr. Leon Thomas) to praise team to worship speaker. Dr. Cheryl Chavers shared a message about making families great again. Part II of the baptisms also occurred, marking a total of nine (9) students making a commitment to follow Jesus all the way.
On Saturday evening, the highlight of the weekend occurred with senior seating for the incandescent class of 2025. Seniors share special pre-recorded messages to their parents, as well as reflections on their years at PFA. Seniors received a charge from Pastor Johnathan Fields.
Following the program, classes hosted fundraising activities, and on Sunday, a 5K event was hosted by the senior class. Parent/teacher conferences also concluded on Sunday.
