Ephesus Member Recognized as Cancer Researcher of the Year

Sheppard, Ph.D., associate director for community outreach and engagement and health disparities research at Massey Cancer Center, and member of the Ephesus church in Richmond, VA, won the American Cancer Society’s 2022 Researcher of the Year Award for her remarkable advances in cancer research and continues to make strides in cancer research.
