Community Church Hosts Leadership Summit

Community Church in Englewood, NJ held their Leadership Summit and Training on Sunday, February 25th. The theme was Engaged, Empowered and Equipped for Service. #GoingforMoreIn2024. Presenters included Pastor Jovan Whyte, Dr. Phillip Baptiste (NAD). Dr Everton Ennis (VP for South Atlantic Conference), Dr. Kahilah Whyte, Chauna-Kaye Pottinger (AEC Risk Manager) and LaTasha Hewitt (AEC Communication Director). Topics discussed included church leadership, conflict resolution with teams, strategic planning in leadership, risk management, as well as breakout sessions for elders, family, women, and children, as well as the communication team, clerks, AV, and music.
