Master Guide Ministry is the highest level of leadership within the Youth Ministry program. The ministry focuses on: personal and spiritual growth, general leadership skills, leading youth in God-ordained growth and development, understanding God’s world of nature, outreach ministry, service to others and a healthy lifestyle.
