It is that time of year, again! The L'Elegance Cotillion-Beautillion, sponsored by the Emmanuel-Brinklow SDA Church in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area, would like to announce its 32nd annual program starting soon. We are extremely excited to help, support and mentor high school seniors in their preparation for college and beyond. But not just seniors, but high school juniors are welcome to participate as well.
