Delaware Korean Church Hosts 4-day Evangelistic Meeting
From May 9th- 12th, the Delaware Korean church, hosted a four-day event combining traditional Korean medicine services and evangelical meetings. Dr. Kyu-Hwan Kim, a practitioner of Korean traditional medicine from North Carolina, volunteered his services for the medical treatment, and Pastor Seungho Park led the evangelical lectures. They not only conducted medical consultations, but also evangelical lectures and cooking classes.
On average, 17 people attended daily, with four individuals now participating in Bible study class held every Monday to Wednesday for two hours. Last Sabbath, they had a total of 18 attendees at the service.
Among the attendees was a terminal breast cancer patient who drove an hour from New Jersey. Diagnosed with only three months to live by doctors in April last year, she has managed her condition with chemotherapy, supported by her strong faith in Jesus Christ and without significant pain. Please keep her in prayer, AEC.
Also, please pray for those five people who will continue to study the Bible for about a year, that they may come to believe in Jesus Christ and begin a proper life of faith.
