Bay Area Listen-n-Learn
The Listen-and-Learn Tour continued on Monday, September 16th with the Bay area pastors. Administrators and directors met to hear from the pastors, as well as share departmental updates.
The session was held at the Sharon Temple Church in Wilmington, Delaware. Devotion was offered by Pastor Carl Brewer, followed by prayer from Pastor Melvyn Hayden, III. Pastor Jimmy Ferguson, area leader, shared an overview of the area:
The Bay Area makes up the largest geographical section for an area, including Delaware, Southern New Jersey, and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. It includes

Congregation make-up: 16 African-American, 7 Spanish, 5 Haitian, 2 African, 1 Brazilian, and 1 Korean
Each pastor shared their successes and challenges in their local context, as well as possible solutions.
